My name is Daniel Anjoorian. I am 17 years old and a starting player on the varsity tennis team at Hopkinton High School in Massachusetts. I have been playing tennis since I was five years old, and the sport has shaped who I am both on and off the court. I fell in love with tennis at an early age, and teaching players of all ages — from young kids just picking up a racquet to adults and seniors rediscovering the game — allows me to share that same joy with everyone who steps on the court.
Over twelve years of competitive play have given me a deep understanding of technique, strategy, and mental toughness. I bring that same dedication to every lesson I teach, whether you are a four-year-old swinging for the first time, an adult brushing up on your backhand, or a senior looking for a fun, active way to stay on the court.

Learn proper grip, stance, and the basics of forehands, backhands, and serves in a fun, low-pressure environment — for kids, adults, and seniors picking up a racquet for the first time.

Develop consistency, add spin, improve court positioning, and start thinking strategically during points — great for teens, adults, and seniors ready to level up.

Refine technique, sharpen match strategy, build mental toughness, and prepare for varsity, tournament, or competitive club play — whatever your age.
Every player is different. Here is what a typical lesson looks like for each age group — always with the same goal: have fun, love the game, and get better at the pace that's right for you.
We start with the rules of the game and a lot of fun, engaging games — hand-eye coordination drills, moving targets, and mini-rallies. The goal is to help them fall in love with tennis first. Skill comes naturally once they're smiling.
This is where the real strokes come in — forehand, backhand, serve, volley. Lessons mix technical work with live points and small competitions so they build confidence, learn to keep score, and start enjoying the competitive side of the game.
For high schoolers, tournament players, and adults who want to compete — we sharpen technique, add spin and pace, work on tactics, and prepare for real match situations. Lessons are demanding but always tailored to your level.
Whether you're brand new, coming back after years off, or just looking for a fun way to stay active — we go at your pace. Fundamentals, consistency, and enjoying being on the court come first. Competitive elements are added only if you want them.
Fun and competitive can coexist. Whether it's a five-year-old learning to rally or a teen prepping for varsity tryouts, lessons balance enjoyment with real progress. If you or your child is at a level where you want to compete, we'll push you. If you're here to have fun and get moving, that's exactly what we'll do.

Everything you need to know before booking, all in one place.
I accept cash and Venmo only. Because lessons are paid in advance, all pre-booked lessons must be paid via Venmo before the session. Text me at 508-630-4977 for my Venmo handle.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the lesson start time to be eligible for a refund or credit. Cancellations inside 48 hours are non-refundable except for genuine illness, injury, or emergency.
If I cancel a lesson due to weather, court availability, or anything on my end, you receive a full refund via Venmo or a credit toward a future lesson — your choice.
Every participant must sign a physical injury waiver in person before their first lesson — that includes adults and seniors, not just kids. For any participant under 18, a parent, guardian, or caregiver must also sign on their behalf. It's a one-time form I'll have ready at your first session.
Lessons are back-to-back. If you arrive late, the lesson may still end at the scheduled time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may result in cancellation with no refund.
